We, the GesundheitsCloud, are a non-profit organization that wants to have a positive impact on people's health through the power of ethical, meaningful and secure human data science. To make our goal a reality and improve personalized healthcare and patient sovereignty, we provide a user-centered infrastructure for integrated healthcare. Funded by the Hasso Plattner Foundation, we are working with some of the leading thinkers of Global Health. In order to identify, develop and implement various cross-functional use-cases in between technology, big data and medicine we are looking for Tech Recruiter (f/m).

As our new colleague, you will
- Work closely with the engineering teams to find the best talent for a wide range of open positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your key internal stakeholders and give trustful recommendations
- Make informed decisions based on data and tweak wherever necessary
- Build a strong technical pipeline and engage technical talent by creating a great candidate experience
- Show hands-on mentality and help out your colleagues when spikes arise in other areas focus 80% on IT recruitment and 20% on other HR projects
